Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, or content, processed through Google Play Billing. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Intellectual Property
All game content, including characters, artwork, code, music, and trademarks, is owned by TGX Games Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
